Volunteering
We are looking for students entering 9th-12th grade who are passionate about Jesus, and love kids to join our volunteer team this summer for one or multiple weeks!

What is a volunteer?
Volunteers are high schoolers who love kids, and want to pour into the next generation at Camp Vertical! Volunteers serve camp by fostering life-changing relationships with campers, helping leaders facilitate activities, and doing behind-the-scenes tasks to help camp run smoothly.
Volunteering at Camp Vertical is a great opportunity for students who want to be part of camp, but cannot commit to a full summer on staff!
How do I volunteer?
1. Apply to Volunteer! On your application, you will need to indicate what week(s) you are hoping to volunteer.
2. You will receive a confirmation email if you are accepted, with next steps on how to secure your spot.
3. Attend Volunteer Training- 2026 Training Dates will be announced when Volunteers are accepted
This training is mandatory. If you cannot make this, you will need to attend a make-up training.
4. You're all set to volunteer! We'll see you in the summer!
5. There will be a volunteer meeting each morning when you arrive
